Is there a way to take a ferry with my own 4*4 from Djibouti to Aden

I intend to travel from Portugal to my home land, Mozambique, in March next year.
I am trying to get information from the connection, by ferry, from Jeddah to Suakin or Port Sudan. But, so far, no news about it.
Do you have already any information on your Aden Djibouti crossing? Where are you heading? South?
