CAPE VERDE - Where To Go?

Anyone here a seasoned vet regarding Cape Verde? Where best to fly to? Where is the 'most' likely 'fun, vivacious, beach parties, night life' taking place?

I welcome all your experiences and views - it will be much appreciated.
