Benin
 

Hi all,

I am in the process of applying for a job in Benin and need to do some research on the place. Unfortunately there isn't much to find on the Internet.

We have 3 young daughters (5, 3 and 1 year old), so need to find out about rental properties in Cotonou, schooling, standard of living, safety, etc. The usual stuff really!

I have never been to Africa before, but am not too worried about culture shock as I've lived in almost every other place on Earth (UK, Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Australia/NZ, and a number of Pacific Islands).

If anyone can either help or point me in the right direction on the Internet, it would be much appreciated.
