hi - i'm a CIMA qualified individual working in a private firm. i applied for my skill assessment on 1st sep. i received a mail from NIA requesting some additional information and was told that my assessment is on hold. I sent them an e-mail stating that the information i have already provided and not clear about the requested information. They replied saying that they double checked the information and the information is now correct. However they replied through an e-mail but not through a letter. will this be on hold? can we rely on the e-mail? and how long will it take for us to get the skill assessment results..... please advice
