NIA require new certified documents.....
Hi all,
Can I just ask have any of you had any probs with your certified docs which were sent to NIA? We received a letter this morning stating we need to resubmit all documents as they did not have an official stamp from the JP on them...He had signed them all and put both his address the court address aswell as both his phone numbers yet they still won't accept them
Its already been 6 weeks how much longer will this delay put us back

I would suggest you get your documents certified by a solicitor, as they arte more likely to have a "stamp". Another possibility (probably cheaper): have your own "stamp" made and take it with you when you see the JP.
If you want to get into Australia, you will have to do things "their" way.
Good luck.
