need some advice from NZ locals or who have moved to NZ with ACCA qualification

I am FCCA and have 15+ years of industry experience, I am thinking of moving to NZ, have few questions

1. What are the job prospects for someone with my kind of qualification
2. What additional studies/knowledge/short courses relevant to NZ market (payroll/tax) should I take up, which can help my cv to be considered for a position before even thinking of moving to NZ
3. Which areas in NZ should I be focusing on - never been to NZ, so the advice will be of high importance
