CIPFA in New Zealand?

Hi All

I am CIPFA qualified with 23 years Local Government experience, ending in Vol Red from a Senior Management position in March this year.

Does anyone know if the qualification is recognised in the public sector in NZ for jobs....and is it easy to get such jobs over there, once I am there with a work visa, or a struggle.

I'm happy to take a large backstep in career and may be preferable given that there will be a lot of differences.

Any info would be appreciated. Cheers!!
