Australia - 15 points for MODL

Australia - 15 points for MODL
Hello everyone
I've been having conflicting answers regarding this. If I complete a 2 year masters in accounting will I be eligible to claim 15 points for MODL straight away? Accountant is both in the SOL and MODL list, and after a 2 year masters I can be assessed as an accountant by the proper bodies.
My questions is this: would I need to work 12 months after graduating to claim these 15 points for MODL? Or would just completing a masters in accounting(2 years) in Australia be enough for these 15 points?

My understanding is that the 12 out of last 24 months work experience is essential.

Ok. Thanks. That's my understanding too, but some people say I can claim these points by just completing the masters.
Anyone else knows more about this?
