Cleveland is a hub for Continental Airlines so that's definitely an airline that files into/from Cleveland.

Great Lakes Brewing Company. Stop in for a pint, some food and a free tour of the brewery. Opposite West Side Market in Ohio City Link
Blue Point Grill. Upscale restaurant in the warehouse district. Nice atmosphere with great service. Excellent seafood and steak. Link
Johnny's Downtown. Upscale restaurant, 1406 W 6th St. Great contemporary American food with good atmosphere. One of the best in Cleveland.
Fat Cats. A little out from downtown in Tremont. Prices are upscale but the atmosphere and food is very bohemian. The downside is that it's a little bit off the beaten path and not the easiest to get to. Link
Sage Bistro. Another great find in Tremont. Upscale but contemporary, the food revolves around what's in season. Link
Winking Lizard. Excellent American bar food that is part of a local chain, the downtown one is their Gateway District location. Reasonable prices with a good selection. The highlight is around 20 beers from all over the world on tap that change on a monthly basis and a further 100+ in bottles as part of their world beer tour. Within walking distance of Playhouse Square, the Q (Quicken Loans Arena) and the Jake (Cleveland Indians). Link
