Looks like Regent Street to me but it might as well be 12000 miles away

Well u r prolly 12K miles away! lol

all I remember is that I did walk past a Hilton hotel in the area and there was a specialist jewellery street near by as well.

There's a big Hilton on the Edgeware Road. The BBC building is just round the corner...sort of, if you're talking Aus ditances...and that's just North of Regent Street.
