Working visas in Oz
Hello can anyone advise us?
My partner has applied for a job in Sydney and it's looking pretty positive that he will get it. The company will sort out the visa for him (company sponsored temporary visa) but I'm not sure if this will include me as we're not married.
So here are some questions:
- do we need to be married for me to be included in the visa?
- if so, will I be allowed to work or must I also get a company to sponsor me?
- finally, can we apply for permanent residency after a certain period of time?
