Work from Home Call Centers?
Hi. Currently I am self employed in the US and I mainly work from home providing customer service, tech support, and over the phone sales for many different call centers across the US and Canada. Does anyone know what the employment situation is like for independent contractors who do this type of work over in the United Kingdom- specifically Wales? Thanks in advance for your answer.
