newly qualified..any advice would be great!
Hi!
My husband and myself have 5 years before we can emigrate to Australia (family issues!), our plan is that I am going to re-train as a hairdressesr I'm currently a fitness instructor
My plan is this! I have to now go and do all my required training, this will take around 2 years, I was then hoping to get a job full time for the rest of the 3years and then emigrate. My question! is 3 years enough experience? will that be enough to get me in? i don't really want to wait any longer than 6 years! also I will be 39 then, is that considered too old? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
PS Its a level 2 NVQ

Hi Tasha
I also re-trained in 2001. I did 2 years fast track nvq 2 and an Advanced course which was level 3 practical. I was told by an agent at the time I had to work for at least 4 years doing a minimum 20 hours per week. not sure if this has changed. hope this helps.
