Marketing and it jobs (me marketing husband it)
Wondering where to look for either of these roles
Husband is a policeman but we can't get in via this route as they keep capping service to a max of ten years
I used to work in marketing and although my husband is a policeman he has a background in it
Any ideas?

From what you've said about the police roles, are you looking at migrating to Australia?

I would think that given what you've said, that making that move may not be possible. You could have a look at the CSOL - Consolidated Sponsored Occupations List - and see if your occupation is there. You would need an occupation on this list for skilled migration or sponsorship. As your husband has been a police officer for over 10 years, I don't think his IT skills will help. Even on sponsorship I think he would have to show recent work experience in the field.
