Default Help. Child care qualifications recognised in Australia

Hi. Still doing my research into making the move to oz.
I'm a fully qualified carpenter and joiner and my wife is qualified in child care.
At the moment she is a manager in a large nursery and I want to know will the qualifications be recognised in oz and how can she go about transferring them over when we arrive.
She has her level 5 which you need to manage a nursery and was a Norland nanny and is also a qualified play specialist.
Wat kinda wages would she expect to get and the general hours the nurserys open in Australia.
Thanks
