Default Flight attendant

I'm a 20 year old British flight attendant currently residing in the UK.
Ideally I would like to live and work in the US but am struggling to find ways in and even struggling on where to begin.
I'm looking to either apply to an american airline or start an intern ship in stockbroking as that's what career I'd like to be in permanently.
I'm just wondering what's the easiest way to get a visa leading to permanent residency for me? Would it be to apply to an american airline and hope for a H1b visa or start an intern ship over there in stockbroking?
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you.
Any advice from British Expats that don't have a degree but have permanent residency would also be greatly received!

Hi Denakarina17
Ex flyer (3 airlines).
I cant recall any UK crew getting a flying job in the US. Things may have changed by now though. What airline are you flying for now?
United Airlines have crews based in LHR that you could apply for.
Go for stock broking! more money and a long term career! haha
Good luck
