Default Doctor intending to pursue postgrad training in South Africa

Hi there,
I wonder if anyone has any experience in applying for registrar training posts in South Africa? I am married to a South African and so hopefully will be able to get a working/spousal visa with out too much (ahem) trouble.
In terms of getting a locum medical officer job whilst I apply for a registrar number does anyone know if it these are typically gained through an agency or with the specific hospital in question?
In terms of getting visas through the foreign workforce management programme etc, does anyone have any contacts as it can be very faceless communicating with them I have found so far. If anyone has a good contact or name that would be great
I am not keen on doing the rural health initiative as our family is all based in johannesburg, and also I am looking to specialise in Dermatology.
I am currently just about to enter F2 in the uk and am planning to move, family in tow in about 18 months.

If anyone has any advice I would be really grateful.
