Default We'd be grateful to get answers of E2 visa

Dear all,
It seems to be a great forum & we are grateful for any tips from someone who went through this.
We are a couple with a young baby, we plan to buy a multi unit rental property.

- We want to manage it ourselves in the beginning, then work with part time contractor & someone who manage the property. part time employees ok?
- I heard it takes 4-6 months from the day you sent in application? did you have to go for security check after the interview?
- If both of us are applicants, does that mean we each have to go to an interview?
thanks so much!!
Lili

Hi there and welcome to B.E.

It's my pleasant duty to welcome you to the forum and give you a point of contact should you need any help with the site in general. You can contact me here.

A list of all the moderators and helpers with their relevant countries including the USA can be found here.

Any problems, dont hesitate to PM me.

I see that you've found your way around a bit, perhaps you'd be kind enough to repost your question in the US immi forum here: http://britishexpats.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=34

Thanks for posting in the Welcome Inn though.

Alistair.

Hi Trade...welcome aboard.

As Alistair suggested you will get a much better response if you repost your questions in the US Immigration and Visas forum. Any questions you have about the actual immigration process should be posted in that forum. The main US Forum is to discuss topics relating to the US and the Trailer Park is for general chit chat.

Please take time to take a look in the BE Wiki...it's a great source for information. It also is helpful if you read through any stickied threads or announcements that may be posted at the top of each forum's index page.

If you require any assistance finding your way around BE's many forums we have a team of concierges who will act as your tour guide...they will be pleased to help you. The concierge for the US forums is Kaffy Mintcake...please contact her if you need pointing in the right direction.

Any problems or concerns should be addressed to a mod or admin. The mods for the US Immigration forums are Rete, Meauxna, Noorah101, Bob and MsElui.

Please give me a shout if I can be of further help. I look forward to seeing you in the US forums.

The people who post in our Immigration Forums are usually people who have been through the process and have been helping fellow members for a long time. So any questions you have...ask away.
