Rsms leaving due to health problems
 

Hi everyone,
I am on Rsms visa for last 9 months and due to some health problems caused by my work place I am not able to continue my job. Work cover has accepted my claim and is looking after all my medical expenses and doctors have decleared that my health problems came due to the nature of my job.
About a month ao, I have notified DIAC sending all doctor's and work cover papers but haven't heard back yet. Just wondering how long do they take to send the out come out and if there is any risk involved in the situation like mine.
Will appreciate your views, thanks.

Sorry to hear about your health problems. Health is so important, isn't it.

I think (I hope) you are talking about Australian immigration, so please follow this link below to the Australian section of this forum. You'll also see that there's a section on Immigration and Visas. Probably the best place for you to ask the question.
