New in Pattaya, Thailand.
Hi all.
My name is Scott. I have recently moved to Pattaya, Thailand. I am a UK qualified ACCA accountant since 1995. In the UK I worked in the finance and operation teams for a family run printing group based in Oxford and Northampton. In 2005 I was asked to establish an offshore printing company in Penang, Malaysia. I lived in Penang until March 2012 when I returned to UK for one year.
In March 2013 I moved from the UK to Pattaya. I work as a freelance accountant and financial consultant.
I look forward to being part of the British Expats community.
Scott.

Re: New in Pattaya, Thailand.
Hi there and welcome to BE Scott.
Have a good browse around and then wander on down to the FarEast and Asia forums. They are all a bit bonkers - probably all that sunshine - but a good bunch of folk.
I see you have your own small biz. If you have a webpage , feel free to put a link to that in your public profile and also to your BE signature.
Enjoy and we'll look forward to seeing you around the place.

Hi Scott and welcome to the forum. Take no notice of BEVS - it's actually them down in New Zealand who are bonkers
Hope you are enjoying Pattaya - do you prefer it to Penang?
As you can see, I am Penang based (early retired). I used to live in Phuket for a few years prior to Penang. We always meant to check out around Jomtien but never got around to it.
Anyway....hope to see you over in the Thailand section of the forum.... and you'd be most welcome in the Malaysia section too...or anywhere else come to that.
