Hi. we are new to goldcoast from uk. we have two children,boy 8 and girl 10.
We are looking to meet some similar family company. We are into having a laugh over a few beers/wine, fun by the pool, beach and just some fun family time wherever.
If you are of a similar position let us know and we could get together and see what happens.

I lived in Macclesfield for a while...Broken Cross and then Tytherington. It must have changed a lot since I lived there back in the 70's.
Here is the link to our Australia forums...why don't you pop over there and take a look around. We have many members living in the GC area...they have 'meet-ups' too...so there's a good chance you'll get to meet up with fellow Brits.

Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.
Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
