You do not say where you are looking at moving to, or are you already an expat. You will find many country specific forums and, where there isn't a country specific forum due to lack of expats posting here, there are region specific forums for people to use.

I have just submitted a new thread regarding my situation, but in a nutshell, my situation is as follows:
1. My wife is not a US Citizen, but has an E-2 Investor Visa living in California.
2. I am a UK Citizen, currently living in UK, but lived in Australia from 2009 - 2015.
3. I will be working for my wife's LLC (company) as an employee.
4. Curious to know:
- Type, and definitive process for, Visa required
- All documentation required for interview, if summoned
- Length of time it typically takes for my required Visa to be processed.
- Any other advice or guidance, please.
