Hi everybody, I've just joined. Can anyone answer this question for me. I am interested in buying a 2007/8 Bmw 335i, which is 3 litre and, I believe, has emissions of around 238gm/km. If the car is 10 years old or more, am I right in thinking that it would be exempt from pollution tax?

Sorry, I didn't realise it was so international. The country is France. I'll try to find the correct country's forum. Do I need to start again?
