Default Looking to work in Australia, Looking for advice.

I'm currently a 20 year old, CAD Operator looking to work in Australia, Currently working in the UK.
I have 5 years experience and City & Guilds level 1, 2 & 3 certs.

I would just like to hear any advice, tips, websites, courses that would help or even companies you might think would be interested.

It would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
James.

Hello James...welcome to BE.

I recommend you repost your questions in the Australia Forums...the people who post in that forum will probably be able to answer your questions. The link I have given you will take you to the main index page of the Australia Forum...at the top of the page you will see a list of sub forums. The top forum is the Immigration Forum...the Main forum is for topics relating to Australia and The Barbie is for general chit chat. Also take a look in the BE Wiki...you'll find loads of useful info in there.

Before you begin posting please take time to read through the Site Rules and any stickied threads or announcements that may be posted at the top of each forum's index page.

Kelli28 is the concierge for the Australia forums...so if you have any problems finding your way around our many forums please contact Kelli.

For all other concerns or problems please contact a moderator or admin. Every BE forum has at least one moderator dedicated to that forum...Australia has 4...Cresta57, Monneypenny20,, Sonlymewalter and Alistairboyle.

I hope you enjoy your time with us and don't forget to shout out should you require any help.

Hi James,

Jerseygirl has given you some great links so I hope that you pop onto the Australia forums and get stuck in. I'm sure you will enjoy being part of our community as our members are really great at sharing tips and experiences with each other.

Don't forget, there are plenty of us about if you get stuck on any of the site's bells and whistles.

Sue

Oh ok, i'm sorry for posting this in the wrong place, any chance of it being moved to the correct forum? If not I'll post it in the correct forum tonight.

Thank you for the replies & links, I will check them out tonight once I get home.

Hope you both have a pleasant day / night.

James.
