Hi Lucie,
Welcome to BE. We've got lost of members who are either living in Perth or like yourself are planning to move there, so I'm sure you will pick up a few tips and make a few friends at the same time.
Check out our Australia forum and our Australia Immigration forum and if you post your question in those forums I'm sure someone will be able to point you in the right direction.
If you get stuck on anything to do with using the site please do not hesitate to contact myself, a Moderator or a Concierge.

Hello and a big welcome to BE.
Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.
Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
Please contact me if I can give you any further help.
Rosemary

Any website that ends in .wa.gov.au will be a WA government site and everything that ends in just .gov.au will be a federal/national government site

WA Govt - Services for people with disabilities, their and families and carers are provided by the Disability Services Commission or organisations that are funded by the Commission. The programs have specific eligibility and access criteria and include: - http://www.disability.wa.gov.au/dsc/...tyservice.html
Disability First Stop - http://www.disability.wa.gov.au/fori...op.html?s=1001
(aged under six years – sorry but site could be worth exploring) Federal/National Government - Better Start for Children with Disability initiative http://www.fahcsia.gov.au/sa/disabil...ervention.aspx OR http://www.carerswa.asn.au/carers-wa...th-disability/
Family Support WA - Our Mission is to enrich the lives of people with special needs, their families and carers, by providing person-centred services and programs.
