Hi, no it's not really. If you have questions, we ask that you keep them on the forums. That way, you'll get the benefit of more people seeing your questions, any incorrect info can be corrected, and others can find the info in the future so more people can be helped.

The PM system is really not for questions, it's more for 'chats'.

But do please ask your questions on the forums and I'm sure you'll get some helpful info.
