I am Keiran and I currently live in London. Looking to move to America within the next year.

Hi, and welcome to BE.

The best advice I can give you is to post in the US forums, where the lovely folks there will be able to help you. If you've not got the visa side of things sorted out then post in the immigration section and somebody will give you good advice on that, and if you've already got a clear path to a visa, then the main US forum is the place to ask questions about life in the States.

Hi and welcome to BE.

I've just been reading your thread in the US forum. There are literally dozens and dozens of old threads about how to obtain British goodies. You should be able to find quite a few places that sell them in NYC too. I lived across the river in NJ...took me a while but in the end I found quite a few places to get my British 'fix'.

Give me a shout is you have any site related issues.

Hello and a big welcome to BE.

Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.

Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
