Hi everyone,

I am new here so just wanted to say Hi to everyone and hopefully I will become a regular over the next few months while I start to get my head around our move next year.
I have a husband and a 4 year old daughter and a am 34 weeks pregnant.
My husband has just been offered a fantastic career opportunity and although I love my life and being close to my family in Cornwall its an opportunity I can not let him turn down.
We have two dogs and a horse.

He is starting his new job in Feb and we are to join in in June/July and then hopefully our daughter will start at either Arnhem or Utrecht school.
My husband will be based in Nijkerk.

But daunting isn't the word, where do I start and with a baby due and a house to sell or rent in the UK it seems there is so much to do.

How have you all found it for settling and how different is it from the UK?

Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.

Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
