I’m not a expat but my partners uncle is ( it’s a complicated problem) I’m looking for him for my partner David c Clements his uncle is David digby married to Rita digby. They moved from east end to Portugal to help Rita’s health. Dave was 19 he’s now 46. His uncle would be 70s or 80s of age. Daves mum was called Peggy Clements her brother is David digby. Due to family Dave has lost his uncles contact details. If anyone could help xxx
