Hello from Tucson, Az - Introduction
Hi everyone,
I'm a Brit but have lived in US since 1978 (now a dual citizen) and husband is American citizen. We are considering moving to England (not happy with a number of things related to politics here in U.S). But BEFORE doing so we would like to do a trial in the UK this coming summer - 3-4 months.
I'll be posting in another forum about looking for furnished flats for that period..somewhere preferably SW of London, Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Berkshire. Maybe Devon..... I'm excited to have found this group as we have LOTS of questions.

You'll find our Moving Back to the UK section very useful indeed, lots of people who've returned after long stints overseas and you'll always get a variety of opinions and suggestions to queries. Moving back to the UK - British Expats
If you need to ask questions about the settlement visa for your husband, there's an index page on the link I've given above - choose the passports, visas and immigration page for all visa and immigration related queries.
When you get a minute, please have a look at the BE site rules, and if you have any site related problems you can contact one of our friendly moderators, names in the lower right hand corner of each forum index page.
