hello expats in austrialia
Hello everyone
im carla im new to the site.
im in the process of obtaining my permanent visa to austrailia im going on my own and im 35.
has anyone on here done what im going to do? i have to say im really scared about doing this on my own i have family out in brisbane so i was thinking of going there. however they do have their own lifes and i dont want to be billy no mates.
any tips on how to meet people perhaps ex pats that have made a life out in brisbane any help and advice will be greatly received.

im a surveyor so i will be hopefully getting a job in development. i have to say my profession doesnt seem to be a sociable one.
