Hello from Down Under
Hey all, Good morning or Good evening, wherever you may be
Just wanted to stick my head in and say hello!
I'm from London,England... i know the names a bit of a give away. I came onto this website because i am planning to work in Qatar in the early part of next year, i'm a Construction QS, and want a new experience working abroad...
I'm currently in Australia, 4 months into a 6 month back packing trip around SE Asia and OZ, although my budget has been blown out the water and if i can't find any voluntary work where donations are made to my traveling fund then i'll be back in blighty early, but it's been a great adventure so far what ever happens next... but from one adventure onto another, the UAE is where i want to lay my hat next.
I've had a brief look through the forums previous to me registering and i have read some useful comments, and i'll continue to do so, so thank you ladies and gents for your time and effort in sharing your knowledge with us newbies.
All the best and keep up the good work!
PPS. I may be a QS and yes i have blown my budget during my travels, but what are once in a life time trips for ;-)

Hello and a big welcome to BE.
Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.
Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
Please contact me if I can give you any further help.
