Hi Guys

I am a 31 year old retail manager who lives and works in Scotland.

I have a 2:1 honours degree in history and six years retail management experience. 5 years of which for Lidl as a District Manager and 1 year as a Deputy Manager for Dobbies Garden Centres. I have recently become qualified as a Special Constable with Fife Constabulary.

I have joined this site in the hope of finding work overseas.

Firstly, am I in the right place? And secondly, with my experience and qualifications do you think there is something out there for me? Or, does anyone have any advice on where to look? I have family in Australia in Sydney (uncle and auntie) but i'm not restricting myself to there. I have always fancied Canada too. Do you know of any jobs/roles that I would be suited too? Is my interest in the police the best way forward for me?

Any advice would be very very welcome.

p.s meant to say, I dont speak any other languages but am willing to learn and that I would consider all options not just Oz or Canada. Thanks

Hi Steven and welcome to the forum. Best thing you can do is to have a browse through the different forums on here, have a good read through, then post some questions. It's a bit of a long slog, but we've all been there, done that. All the best.
