Hi there,
Planning to move to the USA this year, to marry my partner who is a US citizen. Hopefully, I can get advice along the way, it seems a long and tricky process and any help will be greatly appreciated.

We have the perfect forum for any and all your US questions, here USA - British Expats You'll note that there's a specific sub-forum for marriage based visas, which may be the best place for you to start. When you post there, it's best to be very specific about what information you're looking for and what you're trying to achieve. There are some terrific posters there who are very knowledgeable about the various types of US visas, so I'm sure you'll get plenty of help.

Some housekeeping, all new members are asked to read the BE site rules, and to contact a moderator if they run into any site related problems.
