Going back to the UK for University
OK ladies and gentlemen... here's the burning questions which I hope someone out there has been through can HELP ME!!
I have been in the Middle east working on a temp contract for some years.. I need to send the lad to do a degree.. only to be told he needs to be there 3 years prior BUT NOT IN FT EDUCATION!
So should he be on the dole for 3 years??!!
Anyhow... the Unis say home student status is complex?
Whats the score? Anyone done it? Is there a loop hole??

surely he will just pay his fees like everyone else.
If he is not resident in the UK then he will just pay International fees
