Big hello from Montreal!
Hi, just wanted to say hello as I've just joined the expats forum and not sure what to expect from such a website.
We moved from the UK to Montreal in March 2012, then to the lovely city of Beaconsfield in July 2012. Still finding my feet, not really settled in yet! I'm trying to learn french a la Rosetta Stone, but its very slow going, not sure I'll ever get the hang of it. I would love to hear from any brits near me

We have a forum especially for those good folks who have moved to Canada, and I reckon there are plenty on there near to you.
You will find the Canada forum by clicking the 'forum index' tab at the top of this page, scroll down the list of countries and double click on Canada and you;re in. Just pop a post on there similar to your one here and I'm sure you will be chatting with Brits near to you before long.
