A Big Hello to Everyone!
Hi everyone 
We are British and from South Wales in the UK. It is nice to be here on the forum.
By the way, our names are Brian and Breianne from Newport (in South Wales).
A bit about ourselves, both of us are British Born, we met in 2009 and married in 2010. We are mature (50’s), have 5 grown up children, five grandschildren and four little dogs. Our jobs are – Brian – Floor Screeding. Myself – Theraputic Counsellor. We enjoy an active working and social life.
Despite busy lives, we have several and various hobbies and interests from Art, (painting/drawing), golf, interactive and also traditional games, cinema, theatre, travelling, socialising, gardening, charity activities.
We bought a Penthouse in Murcia, Spain, Costa Blanca and completely furnished it. We got to spend and very much enjoy 10 days at the Penthouse last year for the first time since it was completed. It was very much a belated honeymoon. Despite being newly married, we were making plans to move from the UK to live in Spain somewhat earlier than later as Brian had managed to secure work contracts that would take us into earlier retirement. Being in Spain would only mean a 2 hour journey back to the UK so we wouldn’t lose contact with family and friends and vice versa.
Unfortunately, one of our parents was diagnosed with an illness and we decided to put things on hold. Recently, we found that we want and need to stay in the UK to be with that particular parent. We decided this weekend that we either sell or exchange to remain in the UK. We don’t wish to rent the Penthouse.
Apart from this situation with one of our parents, we're happy to be on the forum and hope to get to know you.

Hello and a big welcome to BE.
Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.
Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.
