Hi!

I am brought to this forum in search on information on my eligibility for a UK passport.

My searches via official websites have only led me in circles.

Ultimately,

I am an Australian citizen by birth. My mother and father were also born in Australia, although my mother's parents are from the United Kingdom.

Thus my grandparents are British. Do I have a claim?

Please help me complete my adventure.

Hi and welcome to BE, hope you enjoy being part of our community.

I no expert, but don't believe you can obtain British citizenship via your Grandparents given the info you've shared. But you might want to read one of our wiki pages here on the subject of British citizenship by descent in case any of it applies to you.
