So, the plan is to semigrate to US i.e. semi emigrate, for 6months per year on B2 visa after early retirement. We were planning to buy a condo in Florida and rent it out when not there but it seems like there won't be a lot of money to make from this plus there is the hassle of tax etc. So now we are thinking of a 6month rental property which will also give us the option of moving around each time and not being restricted to one place. Does anyone have any experience of this? Also, car rental is very expensive for this length of time. Does anyone have any suggestions? Are there any places that do 6month car leases/rentals for reasonable price?

I'd suggest you have another look at your previous thread in the US forums, as you've already had a lot of good responses to your questions.
