In 2009 we had a Doctor and a Pharmacy, now the nearest is in the next County.

Things change, often not for the better.

We do have a lot of Pot shops however.

I agree coverage was not guaranteed so you could not be sure of getting it.
Did the short term policy cover anything related to the pre-existing conditions?

Yes it was full coverage, but that was pre Obamacare so not really relevant now.
