Does anyone have any good shipping companies they used to send stuff from London back to NM/Texas area?

There's no such thing as a shipping company that handles both ends of any international shipment. You get to pick the dispatch end, and you can ask who they use at the other end, and then I suppose you could research that company. ... In most cases you will find they (whoever "they" are) are mostly reliable with a few horror stories, but that is mostly dependent on which "crew" made the delivery, and the crew may have been subcontracted. So, in short, international shipments of household goods are a bit of a crap-shoot.

Thanks. We used a company when we sent over our stuff previously from Florida to London and thank god didnt have any issues. We wound up collecting it at the port. This time sending it back but are looking for it to be delivered to NM this go so clearly it's going to be a bit more difficult!

I think that the best thing to focus on is the packing end of things - get a company that does good packing because if it isn't well/securely packed then the rest of the process can only go down hill from there. Try Flatrate.
It is a US company, but they do have a UK office now.
This way you're dealing with only one company from start to finish.
Every other company we spoke with regarding our move was using different agents in the US.
