Yes there are some ships wrecks also but I could quite easily be knocked over a bus tomorrow and never fulfilled my dream of working abroad.

I live in Lake Forest which is next door to Irvine. I have not been to San Ramon so I don't know what it is like. Just looking at rental prices between the two I have found that Irvine is less expensive than San Ramon. I can't comment on other costs.

If you have any questions on Irvine just ask!
