Default High School Diploma

I have a job, it pays great for what it is, I only had to do a medical and drug test (at employers cost)

I recently accepted a second job and as they're state licensed they require proof of High School Diploma...I've sent them my GCSE certificates and more but they insist I must get my education verified by an approved agency.

This costs $85 just for high school diploma and I've already had to pay for TB test and fingerprint card for this job that is barely above minimum wage.

What I want to know is am I even gonna have a High school diploma through this agency?!

I was kicked out of High School but already entered for my GCSE's so completed them; B & C in English, C in Maths, D in Food Tech, DD in Science, E in French, E in Business Studies, F in Geography.

I also have an NVQL2 in Business Administration, a distinction in Photography

Is this going to be enough for a High School Diploma??

I'm 29 and quite frankly baffled as I've never been asked to prove I completed High school before, I originally interviewed for a Director position which I was verbally offered but could not take due to not having the specific American qualifications they required.

My plan going forward is to take college classes for the credits the job originally required but I would assume I'd need a "High school Diploma" to enroll?

Are you a US citizen? How long have you lived in the USA? What is your status?

Have you looked into getting your high school equivalency, rather than trying to get your British qualifications assessed?

I would question whether a B&C in English and maths, and quite frankly not much else, would reach the level of a high school diploma, so I concur with Robin - get a GED equivalent diploma.
