Were asked to verify your legal status in the US? Did you respond correctly? Sounds like it is unfortunately down to technical problems again.

I did when I initially signed up, I scanned my drivers license and green card, then a few months later they wanted proof that my wife was a citizen so we had to send off her birth certificate. They kept on sending reminders too so I called to confirm they'd received the proof and made sure everything was OK, they said everything was fine but that people were still getting reminders even if everything was fine in their account. It did make me wonder if other people were having to prove they were a US citizen or whether it was just people married to us foreign types.

I uploaded proof of immigration status late last year. Then again, when we received a letter from Healthcare. Then another request for proof so this time I mailed copies to Kentucky office. Then another request for same proof so mailed copies again, just in case. Then, a month ago, another letter - same request. So, I called them and spoke to a nice lady who told me not to worry as it was on record that the required proof had been received but it was likely that we would continue to receive the same request letters.
