Hi all. I am here in Ohio on a K-1 Visa. Getting married on Saturday 10th March. I jsut
called the Driver place to see about getting a Ohio License. They told me all I need is my
Passport, my Visa, my I-94 - and either a I-9 or an I-20??????? And they would issue it
then and there - Can someone help me with what these are and where I can get either one???

Thanks Karen

Thank you for your most interesting question An I-9 is a Employment Eligibility
Verification form It is available here
http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/fo.../forms/i-9.htm

I have no idea what an I-20 is. Possibly it is a large highway.

It has been fun replying to this interesting post. Thank you for posting it.

Have a wonderful day. Missing you already

I am not sure why they are asking for all that. All they asked for when I went to get my
Ohio license after moving to Ohio from Canada was my Canadian License and passport. I took
the visual and written test and was then able to be issued my Ohio drivers license. They
will allow you to keep your foreign drivers license as well.
