Well, if 1000 people who shouldn't have voted is a technicality, then yes.
I was a trade union member all my working life in England*, not always the same union, depending on where I was working, but always a union. I even used to go to branch meetings, annual conferences etc.
But for all that it's hard to have sympathy with the BA shop at LHR. They've taken the piss in magnificent fashion for as long as I can remember and, frankly, they're due a bending over.
*Though I did start to get a bit sickened when one union I was in put expressing solidarity with Cuba (and sending the exec on trips there) ahead of our pay and conditions.
