vwp multiple non cimt arrests

before i leave on holiday could some of you helpful people just confirm to me in concrete that if you have multiple non cimt arrest/caution/conviction and the aggregate sentance is not 5 years or more ( in this case 6 months ) you can tick no on the visa waiver??

If they are truly, non-CIMT, non-drug arrests then yes. Which crimes are CIMT and which are not can be complicated though.
