Default Visiting with family

Hi guys. I don't know if any of you can help me out here, but it's worth asking right?

Anyway, my brother, his wife and their 11 year old daughter would like to come over and stay for longer than 90 days. Is there a visa available for them to do that? Would the daughter be able to attend school over here?

Thanks ever so much!

Highly unlikely. Depending on where they are from but B1/2 visa can be hard to get if from a country that uses visa waiver

Suggest you read up on B1 B2 visa

They might qualify for a B-2 visa, but it would be difficult to get if they are otherwise eligible for the VWP.

Not as a visitor, no.

What are they going to do about school for this child? Take her out for 6 months? Home school? That doesn't sound very responsible behavior.

What about work for the adults?

How can they afford to be away from their jobs for so long. Can they afford to do all of that and still pay the bills for their home in the UK?
