Visa petition approved - yay
Hi All
I really just wanted to share our good news that our L1 visa petition has been approved. One step closer to getting over and still hoping to get over before 1 Nov.
Was going to ring the Embassy on Monday to book an appointment but its closed for Columbus day ( ha ha) so Tuesday it will be.
Lets hope we have the same experiences as you guys seemed to have had (well the good experiences that is) on the appointment and that will be it - which will be great seen as our furniture is already sailing across the seas ha ha.
One step closer to our big adventure - v. excited now
Best regards

Well done!! As you say, it's always one step closer. Is the Embassy not open on a Saturday to book appointments. I thought it was open until 4.00pm. Maybe cause of Columbas Day, its closed for the whole weekend.
Keep us all posted when your appointment is. We're awaiting hubby's boss coming over from New York on 19th October with all our paperwork, so hopefully, we won't be far behind you
