Updating info on form I-864
Previously filed the form I-864 along with the AOS and I-130 to VSC. Since then, my
USC wife had changed her job, which still qualifies for the poverty level. Now that
our AOS interview is coming up in Baltimore in two weeks, is it advisable to refile a
I-864 with new employment information or can we bring the new form along with
supporting documents to our interview? Does it hinder the AOS approval at all?

Just bring the new form (and new supporting evidence) with you to the interview. We
did this for our AOS interview just last week and didn't cause us any trouble. In
fact, for us it probably helped because my new I-864 certainly looked better than my
old I-864.
